Just wanted to let you know that this solution worked for me.In case this helps anyone, here’s the problem I encountered and how I solved it. I should note that my Captivate software was working for the first 30 days (trial period, I suppose), but then I encountered this issueI was logged into my Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. I tried opening my Adobe Captivate software, but kept receiving an “Activation Failed” message. It said, “We are unable to activate Adobe Captivate. Product activation is required to use this product. You must have a working internet connection to activate this product.

Please check your connection settings and choose Try Again.”Well, I was definitely connected to the internet, so that wasn’t the problem. I then followed the steps Saurav outlined at the beginning of this thread and Captivate started working for me. I received a message that said, “Thank You. Adobe Captivate will now be licensed for.
